If anyone here bought this...I will tell you to buy our head and domes for this cylinder. 2 years ago when we built a 5mm X 88mm bore lamey cylinder we used the ADA Seadoo 951 domes and could not keep the orings from blowing out because the cylinder was just like this one with the cylinder casting breaking away from the top flange O.D. of the sleeve. The 951 domes from ADA have the o-ring groove too close to the flange O.D. creating the o-ring failures.
Our own big bore domes have the o-ring groove moved in to prevent this o-ring problem.

can you help me
I have a 80.75 kawi flat top lamey
8mm stroker and old mod engine
do you you know if you can fit the big bore sleeves in these cylinders
im not sure what series of cylidner it is
it has R&D cast in it if that helps

I second that! The casting is breaking around the sleeves area. It seems common on the older R&D style Lameys. I also noticed that the sleeves look very thin as well.
If anyone are thinking of going big bore , I would strongly suggest going with either an x-scream or Dasa billet cylinder as those are specifically designed for the oversize sleeves
