Yup come on down and ride with us. The O'side crew rides around 7:30-8ish on Weekends and around 7 on week days. I won't be there myself this weekend but there's always a bunch of guys riding.

sounds good bro.. my ski is all stock and have never riddin in surf before.. is there any additions i need to my ski to be out there? another bilge? intake grate? or can a stock ski be riddin out there for now?

youll be good for a while as long as you have a bilge or 2 and you arent trying anything crazy.

but eventually hood straps, reinforcment, and straps or holds would be smart!!

but definetly come down and ride with us oceanside guys!

im usually there thurdays with a little group of people and then some sun!

You'll be fine on a stock ski. The first mods you want on a surf set up are going to be handling stuff. Looks like I won't be riding again this up an coming weekend either, going to Ocotillo to ride some MX but Chris (CKjetski) and I usually ride Thursdays if you can make it. BTW did you make it down and ride with Ross and the guys on Saturday?

Oceanside is always first priority. However, a couple of us locals (Long Beach) will launch at Long Beach and ride to surf side. Not really legal in the surf there but if we stay near the jetty we are rarely bothered.

A stock boat will be fine........for a week.
Once you start ridding Oside, you will start putting a lot of time and $$ into your ski. But it will be worth it.

The Oside crew will point you in the direction for mods and "how to" info. I think most of us have pretty solid surf boats.
