Fuel TV+Jet Ski Free Ride. Why Not?

I tried the "contact Fuel" option a while ago to inquire why Jetskiing is never featured. I approached it with loads of respect and a$$ kissing and tried to make the case that Freeride Jetskiing was a perfect fit for the Fuel demographic and format.

It took forever to get a response, frankly, I had forgotten I even made contact. Then one day I get an email touting the soulfulness of the Surf lifestyle and how noisey/smelly Jetskis are contrary to the purity of the "surf essence". Oh, by the way, Thank you for your interest in FuelTV!

I'm hoping it was just the sentiments of the person :tool: who responded and not the true feelings of the Fuel TV community.......I think Freeride/Surf riding and Lifestyle is perfect for Fuel.

My tv is always on Fuel, except when the wife has the remote. They have a couple segments (forget the name) where they preview up and comming riders in skate, BMX, and snow.
They also play alot of the same segments over and over.
A half hour slot with some well editied surf footage would be cool.
There are some things I'm not really into on there, but I find myself watching because it is well edited and usually the cream of the crom in the not so big sports.

If they played that Fullgaz 2007 Euro vid, I think they would have intrest. They just need to add that to the rotation.

Hell ya.. Fuel rocks.
I think your right on if they put up some fullgaz stuff and some great ALL AROUND footage.. not too much stunts, surf, or flat. A mix of all !
I think that the holy crap factor alot of fullgaz footage would be killer.

thats exactly there direction i gave them, told them to go to fullgaz and directed them how to get to the backie vid than gave direction to european 07 vid, if that doesnt entertain you ........ whats wrong with you!?

its kinda a bummer you cant get an exact URL ....it would be nice to just embed it so its right in there face......hopefull they go through with it and go to the site and watch it....

Or know who or the right direction.

I sent them last years Daytona footage. They got back to me a few months ago and said they were considering it...but after that, nothing.

I think we should email bomb them as an entire community, yes? Kinda force them to take notice?

That sucks. Especially when I've watched dirt bikes and snowmobiles on Fuel. How are they any different!! WTF that pisses me off.

there is a boring show/sport that lots of people love where these cars drive in circles???? i don't get it but they sure do love to eat it up. maybe they just like the crashes similar to when Stoyer did that ragdoll at Daytona.

I think it is because this is a very small community unlike dirt bike or snow mobiles. Remember people always ask "they still make those things"
