anyone order from tbm before?

last night i ordered a tote and still havent gotten a email or anything tried calling and still goes to voicemail.


anyone order from them.

did get a order confimation/number total right after i paid for it on the site.

I have bought several items directly from TBM over the last few years but never from the website. I have always called and spoken with someone and ordered directly. I have never had any problems, maybe the online ordering system is having problems? I know that it is a small business and sometimes they get busy and you have to call a few times to get someone. Other than that my experience has always been good.

I ordered a tote online in March and never received a confirmation number. When I called Tim apologized and said he was building a new batch and I would have by the end of the week this was on a Monday. Tim FedEx it to me and I had it the next day. Great service I would buy from TBM again

bull, anything without a crank is not nice in my opinion... it sucks to have to have two people to just put your ski on the damn thing... just my opinion.

keep in mind the TBM is designed for the racer in mind. It is functional in the pits, as a work stand....... At the races you will always have help to load the ski up........

personally I like the ones 321.... Kawasaki was selling..........

i like the 321 style also, low to the ground, easy to load, has a crank... I almost ordered one, but then found a used big foot near me on craigslist for a price i couldn't refuse.

I have both. prefer the 321 tote, but the bigfoot is alum, no rusting!

got the call

its been since tues and now i got a call saying it will ship tthur from las vegas. so prob get to me monday, oh well would have liked it on friday for the weekend.
