Also with how the cable is connected to the trim nozzle, as the nozzle gets pushed up from hard landings it will just slide up the cable instead of binding and breaking the cable with the trim lever not pulled (what was happening with my blowsion/skattrak cable)

same thing happen to me. i drilled a small hole through a bolt, ran the cable through the holes and then tighten it down to the nozzle using a nut and it worked very well and is easy to get on it off.

Did you run that threw your stock bildge line out thhe back? i had mine run that was but it was hard to move it up into my bracket

I ran it out of which ever was the very top tube on that side..its been so long I have no idea what it was for.

I tried the bolt idea but kept breaking the bolt...probably because I could never center the hole in the bolt very well lol

Very nice. I think you hit the nail on the head with that one. Now I finally understand why my cable is breaking.

Yeah, I wish I would have figured this out 3 Skattrak cables before, with the amount of money I went through with those ($75 each) and finding the X2 nozzle I probably could have just bought one..

No idea price or part number, just call and ask for the "custom cable department" and tell em what you want.

The cable comes with a piece that goes onto the end of the cable, I asked for two, cut them apart and thats where I got the collars..
