Its probably not bent. From what I understand is the older AC poles have a slight bend near the middle of the pole. You should be alright.

pole, bracket, cables on! almost ready to go. just waiting on the motor. after finding out that one of the crank bearings is toast and its debris is what damage the piston, cylinder, and, incidentally, the cases. taylor thinks they're usable. i gotta make an emergency overnight order to blowsion for a gasket and some thru-hull fittings. .....

rode today and i cant believe the difference! im so glad i put the head on. i didnt have the right jets but i scrounged a 147.5 main from my neighbors ski and ran the stock 115 pilot and stock popoff.

im gonna leave it alone for awhile and just ride the damn thing
