How about 4 pieces of 2" PVC (fill them with foam for strength and flotation) pivoting off the swim platform ?

I've used them clips you can get from the dollar store that are suppose to seal up your open chip bags. I bealive they are refered to as the 'CHiP Clip' use'd that to pinch the water line in from the pump to the motor. worked sweet.

motoman25...that boat looks real familiar,we run the same hull. What kinda speeds you gettin outa the 115 hp with 2 superjets on board
couldn't you put the noses of the ski's on the stern deck?
Plug the pump feed and bolt bow-eye couplers to the deck?
sounds like that would work to me. or bolt the bow eye coupler to the stern and let the ski's half ride on the deck. that may mar up the deck though
