Its going to get a layer of black paint to protect the epoxy from UV before I call it done.

been puzzling me so i hit my nose with clear coat

As you see in the last pic, screwed in where I want them in front, and trimmed close in back for now with one screw in the back to hold them in place. I foamed in behind the hold with lumber holding them from popping inward, still have the left to do. Once they are both foamed solid, I will finish foaming the tray and cut it to shape.

Fully reinforced hull with Tubbies and new 4lb foam and custom tray/footholds, 123 pounds. No lightweight, but this baby is strong.:love:
