Damned occupational hazard !!!!

Sometimes working as a motorcycle technician puts you on less than worthy machines. I had one this morning with brake failure. Very low speed crash into another unit. No damage to the units. Can't say the same for my foot, 2 1/2" laceration and a broken bone. The "sheath" for a tendon was also cut, with the tendon getting nicked. I'm out for a while.

Down time all depends on whether or not the tendon tears or stays in tact. Still plannin on the Destin Waverunner release in 11 days. Hopefully the bleeding will have stopped by then and maybe the stitches can come out. This weekend, think I'll stay home and recover a bit.

When I lanced my finger open I could peel the skin back and move my finger and watch the tendons move. It was neato.
