Hey guys it gettin close to that time again and i was wondering the best to wear? A wet or dry suit? Im leaning toward the dry for the simple fact that well its dry. But just looking for everybodys input, thanks
I think I'm gonna take a bunch of peoples advise in here and get the baggy drysuit with footies from Watcon ($369.00). I'm a freeze baby:baby:
I would wear a dry if the water is 70 and the air is 65 or below:baby:

I am a big fan of Randys suits. The front zipper and booties are the only way to go.
I have a 6.5mm wetsuit that works in water down to 45 degrees. The hard part is keeping my head warm. One thing I used to do when I went whitewater kayaking in Nov. and Dec. was to take a milk jug full of warm water. Put your wetsuit on then pour the warm water in. It helps alot with that initial rush of cold water coming in the suit when you first jump in.
