a 98 for 1300? two stroke?
man.. 1000.... no more...
suspension upgrades don't mean squat unless you're the same height/weight he is and you like your setup the same way he likes his.. suspension is all about rider weight and rider preference....
thanks alot guys i appreciate it i was thinking i would offer 1100 for it before i read this but you guys are saying 1000?is this a good bike to start on.im kinda gettin burnt out on wrenching on the ski.love it when it runs but think that if i had something else other than a ski to look at it will help me get back into it.just started building the hull in oct finished the ski in april-may and im puttin my 3rd motor in.
thanks
Yeah 1998 was a good year for the KX250, it was the last year of that style. It won one of the shootouts, at least.
I think my favorite 2 stroke was my 93 KX250, next would be my 98 KX, but it would headshake like crazy, on rough, whooped-out cross country tracks.
Scotts steering stabilizer!! best 500 buck you can spend
