24/7 Great company

I bought a lot of 24/7 parts over the past couple years and I recently had an issue with one part and the new owner honored the warranty on the part no questions asked. Great to deal with.

Luckily for me I live 20 min from the shop and I could just stop in. I didn't even ask about fixing it he came right out and offered to fix and did it while I played grease monkey on my other ski. If you have a question for Mark try calling him (732)505-8115 or send an email. I like to email everything so the person can reply when they have time instead of stopping work every 3 seconds to answer the phone the site says info@iride247.com, I assume that is a current email address. I know I can typically return my clients' email faster then phone calls most the time, then again I have a much different line of work. Mark did mention he is working on getting someone to process orders full time so he isn't the one doing it all.

I would call Jim at Atlantic Jetsports the flappers are the same price if you get them from him or directly from 24/7 and he has them in stock.

Atlantic Jet Sports is maybe 10 miles south of the 24-7 shop so he is always stocked up on the parts. If you can't get them there send me a PM I'll run down and buy a couple for you.

so, you mean that had warranty work done some of chris's old parts?

I still have my 24/7 pole and it has a nice crack in it...I could fix it, but I know it wouldnt turn out nearly as nice.....

Yeah Mark is a great guy.. Helped me out with a few odds and ends I needed to get my stroker motor together. He has my TNT chamber now b/c it needs a crack welded. :biggthumpup:
