Port it yourself and you can save a ton (or ruin several good parts)
When I first ported my cylinder it was so worn out that I had to change spark plugs every ride, BUT . . . BUT it hit like an SOB when it ran. I fried several sets of pistons, but had a ton of extra stock pistons and just kept changing them out until I had to bore it out.

I love to cut stuff up, and hate to spend $$ and time waiting for others to do it. I've always had more than one set of cases and cylinders so I wasn't afraid to mess it up. I asked a ton of questions and took notes.
This has been pleanty of power until now. However, I've got an 5mm lamey flattop stroker that I've got $2500 in the top end alone that I plan to drop in after March . . . so . . .
