PWC tie down strap

I have been looking all morning and haven't been able to find a tie down strap for my skis. Specifically one with a pin that goes through the bow eye. Basically I want the pin (in attached picture) to take the place of the middle hook on the tie down strap (Attached picture).

I haven't seen them in awhile. I bought a set from Dennis Kirk about 12 years ago and just keep transferring the pins from one set of tie downs to the next.

Watcon had some old stock last year. It's a long shot but he may still have some left.

I guess I could just run a normal strap through those tie down pins and have the exact same thing huh - brain fart

I keep a few in the door panel of my truck and they come in handy for tying down different skis. Plus they don't mark up the billet fittings as bad as the steel pins do.

I wouldn't trust one of those to hold down any thing more than a cooler. I bought one once over 10 years ago and still have it. Not quite sure why since I would never trust it to hold one of my skis.

This^. Or just use a tow loop and run the strap thru. Ski should have one anyway.

Is that piece plastic or a better composite? I have the other kind I think HT used to sell and really don't use it. Besides the stoltz bow clamp I just run a ratchet strap over the tray. I don't leave it tensioned so marks in the turf aren't that noticeable.

I wasn't looking for the pin....I was looking for a strap similar to the ski keepers. Well actually ti was exactly a ski keeper but with two straps off the pin...

I like those strap for sale by Idok though, I may just get some of those

I'm liking this style of strap but then again, i like any strap that actually goes "over" some part of the ski, even if it is just a few inches at the back.

Here you go, it's the single hook style but you could always buy them just for the PermaClip locking pin and swap it over to a proper length strap with 2 hooks. That's all I did once my original straps wore out.

I use one like that, but I replaced it with a ratchet.

I switched to the rope style ratchet tie downs and quite like them. I bought a set almost 6 years ago and they are still going strong.

Best setup for a hitch hauler IMO! Ski doesn't budge and it's quick to load/unload.
