Cool, thanks for the pics. I like how you use what looks like and epoxy on the lines through the hull. What is your lay up process? Is it a bagged and infussion process?

While we are on the subject of hull internals, what are the plastic lines inside the lightweight.de hull? Are those bilge lines or what?

Talk about cheap though  That hose is weak compared to PVC or pretty much anything else. Plus if a cable gets snagged while feeding it through that could possibly leak slowly over time.

At last some pics that were not taken with charlie's crappy camera phone!
Nice hulls!

LMAO...

I have several pictures of my hull in progress, but they are ALL crappy camera phone pics from either Charlie or Rickster.

did you ever fix that problem you had with the scuppers like the hull you brought to lake lanier?

didnt that boat suck water INTO the hull because of the scupper design?

i remember watching it sink to the bottom while Paul Lehr was riding it.

it won the buildoff though, and you still have it for sale, right?

BTW , it never sunk to the bottom. The angle of the hull at slow speed pushed water thru the scupper tunnels . I told Paul to speed up to remove the water but instead he slowed down cause he couln't ear what I was saying !All I had to do is flip the the rubber flappers upside down and voila! In the future , the scuppers will be situated in the pump area on the back flip hull.
the boat is still for sale but I love riding that thing too much :Banane01: , especially with the addition of the Lamey and Mag pump:woot:

I would tell you but had have to kill you!:haha: But seriously, it's all hand layed with alot of love.
I am currently looking into the infusion process. Soon, I will be re-tooling and getting ready for a full carbon hull:sneaky: :sneaky:

Just because "SFL" did the tank mods and the turf doesn't necessarily mean that they have a "professional" association. For it to be professional, Steve would have had to pay him in cash instead of CL's.

Your comments in most WCF threads reminds me of someone...:sneaky:
