air, it's everywhere I need to use it... in my shop. I bought an air compressor so every tool I bought didn't have to have it's own motor. plus the tool should be smaller and lighter.

Thanks for the input guys. I have air in my shop but I'm leaning towards elec simply because of the unlikely chance I'll need it somewhere other than my shop. I am assuming that they both work equally as well?

I've always gone with electric over air but mostly because my compressor wasn't a great unit. Once I upgrade my compressor I may see things differently though. I have a couple small pneumatic die grinders, pneumatic jigsaw and a compact air drill and I love using them. On the other hand, electricity is everywhere.

Go electric more versatile . Here is mine in action cutting the nose of the tweeker. I'm holding my cam in one hand .

im not sure id get it from harbor freight. i bought i dremel tool for them that was garbage after 1 use. spend the extra 50 and get somethin name brand. they make decent hand skrew drivers, wrenchs, etc for no heavy torqueing. i also bought alot of paint brushes from them for spreadin epoxy

The Fein tool that fish has is far superior to any other. I've had a ridgid and a 2 other brands and none of them could put out like the Fein tool did. Definitely worth the big bucks!

I rock a bosch cordless, uses the same batteries as my mini impact driver and mini screw driver so now I have 6 batteries, never run out....

I've got 2 of the electric harbor freight ones at work (HVAC) they are amazing, and for 20 bucks each (on sale) they are a steal! only recommendation is to buy an extra blade or too as they are a 2 piece design that are spot welded together...and with all the vibration caused by the tool, they don't last as long as ud hope.. i just bought one for home use though . i am def. not a fan of harbor freight tools, they are cheap, and tend to break, and refuse to buy them, but this is one tool i would stand by

You know , that's just plan mean spirited . Modern psychology would suggest that any comment you make about another person or situation is a reflection of your own thoughts and desires ..... HUMMM

Good thing I don't believe in that psychology crap then I reckon

Whoa! I just checked out the Fien, and the cheapest one is $200! I'm sure you get what you pay for but I don't plan on using this tool for making a living, I'll really only use it for stripping some turf may be once a year. I think the Harbor Frieght cheapo will work.
