feedback on ebay is a very basic concept, if the seller is truthful about a item you're buying, you get the item and it's in good shape as the seller had stated, then you leave positive feedback. if the seller has no problems with you paying for the item, then you get positve feedback. it's that simple.
you're complicating the hell out of things when you get into technical BS about "holding feedback" until the seller/buyer does whatever, just to make sure you get "true feedback" LOL
woe, the "true feedback", give me a break, man. why don't you just go into the soap opera business and make one about ebay while you're out worshipping rocks...lol
