You're right, I did make an assumption. it's just that Nick seems the type to be an off-road kinda guy. He always went for the gusto on the ski, seems like the street might be too tame for him. Of course, depending on traffic on his commute, the street might be plenty of gusto!
I'm originally from where he lives. it's my home town, he'll have more than enough excitement on the streets there.

i'd love to roll up at school on a ds two stroker, but I think I'd have to jump though a bunch of hoops. The biggest one would be my parents hahaha.

Man that bike is exactly what I need!

Yeah I was told by a Yamaha dealer once it was best to get the WR brand new and have it titled as a dual sport then. Because liek you said, you can't convert it to a DS later on.

I would love to get my Kawasaki 700 V-Force street legal! It does 70 mph on the road!

Good to know agaon. I will have to get me one soon :)

it all has to do with title wording and the state you live in.

In FL the title wording is the key, since you cannot convert a bike in that state. Here in My you can get a tag for nearly anything fo almost no money, ande once the tag is in hand you cant take almost all the DOT crap back off and nobody would say a word about it.

so there are several factors to consider depending on your location.

I have the exact bike Nick's looking at and mine has a tag as well.

Don't you need turn signals for it to be street legal?

I gotta get rid of my trail couch and get back on 2. Its just that all my buds around here ride quads and 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers just don't ride well together. At least around here.

That bike gives me a chub.

the first rule of marriage.

it is easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission.

that way she only gets mad once instead of twice.

got to put her feelings first, right. i never like to see my wife stressed, so why do it twice over the same thing. might be on the couch for a couple nights, but any thing for her. lol
