yamaha 650 motor...

I have an extra motor that i am thinking of selling. It is complete minus the flywheel and stator (no electronics). I know there isn't a huge market for 650 stuff, but theres probably someone out there with an old couch or early SJ that could use it. Just curious what the are worth? Is it even worth selling? Opinions????

i got 260 for a corrosion filled pile of a 650 on fleabay...i even wrote that it was obviously a salt water motor on the description

I just took a better look at this motor and this thing is SUPER CLEAN! It looks like it couldn't have more than maybe 10 hours on the thing... Totally a fresh water ski.

Still has the flywheel, bendix, and stator in it. This is a drop and go motor for sure. I know the cranks are all the same so maybe it would be worth it to steal the crank for my 62T cases, and then sell the complete top end, flywheel, and stator from this one.

I'm torn....:frown::frown:

My buddy had a Tim Judge ported 6m6 cylinder sleeved and bored out to 81 mm on 61x cases. It ripped way hard. It was used in a blaster I race ski back in the day. I'll have to dig up some pics of the top end.
