xScream Great Service

I had an xScream standard length pole on a SN SuperJet that ended up on a Gen 3 Bob (red pole). It was a bit too long for the Bob. We were talking to the xScream guys at their tent at world finals and they offered to exchange the used Standard Length for a Competition Length pole for just the shipping and refinishing of our old pole. They definitely did not need to do that but we really appreciate it.
