I'm 6' and about 275. I was over 280 for a while. Either an HX or the X2 will be a challenge for you. I do think that the X2 will be easier for you however. Any "sport" class ski will not be very stable, and they will be almost impossible for someone our size to sit on w/o the ski moving.

My brother took it out for the first time ever and was killin on it! It was my 2nd time out on it and we had a blast. I cant wait to get FX'in in the surf!!

Not a chance. I actually tried to do that, and it flipped upsidedown on me in 2seconds. Sounds like you are looking at the wrong kind of boats if you want a stable pwc.

I took to mine like I was made for it as well.......full adaptation in 1 ride

funny though, watching all the SJ riders on it most seem to struggle....I love it, the smaller the better

Only a matter of time now, you'll still keep a kawi around the stable, but I see a convert in the making.............lol:puke:

I smell the same thing crabby

A yamaha motor convert fo sho..... And yes, I will probably not be riding stock hull X2's anymore. But the lightweight X2 is still BY FAR the most fun boat I have. I like the FX1 and SJ's alot, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the lightweight X2 ALOT more. Its the perrfect ski for me. Although Trinity's NEW Style lightweight X2's, just might be the ultimate ski for me.
