As shown in the picture I think it is just the plate and bars. You have to get the UMI or TBM steering mount/bearing assembly separately (not from XMetal).

I expected clamps not bearings and plate mounts, I didnt look at the pic. close enough I guess. I received bars and plate no clamps and was like WTF. But after further (CLOSER) inspection of the pic. there are no clamps. I guess I will order them thru UMI @ $16.00 a set plus shpg. w/o bolts. I have the UMI steering currently so I do not need the other stuff, but you know what its like removing the bar clamps from a UMI set up, I will most definateley destroy the clamps. And I need black ones anyway.
X-Metal steering costs
$115 + $15 s&h bars and plate
$16.99 Clamps + $5 s&h
$152.00 if you currently have UMI steering

$115 + $15 s&h bars and plate
$133.99 + $10.00 s&h UMI bearing and mounting system (comes w/ bar clamps)
$274.00 if you do not currently have UMI

OUCH, hope its worth it. Gues I could have bought a -4 pole to achieve the goal of - 3.5" and sold my -1" pole.

On a better note, The black plate and bars do look awesome and its only money.

really?? Believe me, I break lots of stuff. If I can manage to corrode something beyond removeability....I'll find a way. But I've never had a problem with the clamps.

Small allen head bolts and stainless to aluminum dont work well together. If they were hex heads probably no problem, but wouldnt look as good. I have tried using lock tight to keep them from coroding, but then your battling lock tight w/ small hex head bolts, cant get torque w/o strippage. And SAKI and I are far from the only ones having this issue.
