Thats what I would use, I have used the marine grease on some things also. My B pipe had the teflon pipe sealant compound when I got it many years ago. The screws worked for many years but I never re applied and they eventually locked up. Replaced with the ParDaddy oversize and used the teflon. Probably a good idea to remove any stainless to aluminum fasteners once a year and goop em back up.
