WTB gp760/gp1200 rear seat

Please let me kno if you have one laying around, sunk mine this past weekend

I have a really ratty one off of a GP 1200 , same rear seat, it will need to be recovered and the foam has some sun damage but I will let it go cheap, for like $20 plus actual shipping and I may have a nicer one , but I am not sure which shop it is at right now. I have already actually put my hands on this one.
