Here is a drawing i have been working on
i have yet to finish and to add the pv,s

I am hoping to get copy of tsr so i need to run the port time areas yet but its close

It needs another 20 or so hours to finish

I have the use of a 3d printer and i will get it printed out and see how it works out

Will end up with a plastic cylinder useless but i can at least check design

I had thought about drawing the exhaust side to allow the b-pipe to bolt on

Not sure yet i have to meausre the b-pipe manifold etc to make sure there would be clearance
thats why its good making it out of plastic first

it would mean it wouldnt run pv,s but what the heck it would still hit like crazy with a big bore on it

A 1200 freeride engine i reckon it would be a good thing in the surf

I did some more work on the drawing this morning
Got the transfers starting to look better

Also working on the cooling jackets

It takes ages to do it correctly

Not sure just yet
I was just thinking of making some and putting a 1200cc 2 cylinder in my superjet for kicks
I have the use of a 4 axis mill to make the stuff if i want

Wax, that is so cool! You have access to a 3D printer. Could you film the printing in action then speed it up and post the video? What do you do that you have such equipment at you fingertips?

I teach computer aided drafting at a high school so i have access to all the universty machining equipment
so 3d scanners and cnc mills and 3d printers
I could actually get some ones cylinder and scan it then just tell the mill to make it

Well close to that it take a bit more work but you get the idea

why "scallop" the outside walls adjacent to the ports? it seems itd make them thinner and more prone to crackage.

Just the way it turned out
its a good point and easy to change as well

Im using solid edge to draw it

Yeah i think the b-pipe idea would be a good thing and make it easier to get a pipe in there i am going to pursure this idea more

There are many copy shops around the US that offer 3D printing. In particular, last year, on Lawrence Expressway in Santa Clara I just happened upon one. It is becoming more common . Do a search under "rapid prototyping."
