Will 760 fit in 93 square

No, you will probably need to rejet. One main will be 135, the other will be 132.5. That is necessary in sitdowns because of crank torsion or something like that.
Your standup has different requirements.
Also, I think the compression is staggered.

what do you keep talkin about a sit down for?

nope just a motor into a 650 square nose

I understand that.
But where is the motor coming from? Is it a brand-new crate motor? Is it pieced together from random parts?

Gotcha.
Since it's a crate engine from Yamaha, it will have staggered compression - I think.
Additionally, unless those carbs from that seller Norcal EX used to be on that engine and tuned to that engine, you will have to rejet and do the whole tuning shebang.

It's nothing to worry about. It would be about 5 psi difference.
You could eliminate that with an aftermarket head.

My understandig is that the pumps are loaded more on the sitdowns which causes a timing problem because of crankshaft twisting or torsion from the front to the back cylinder, that is the reason for the staggered jetting and difference in compression. On a standup it is a nonissue

OK getting really really Fing pissed about puttin this 760 in square sj. First off the carbs, intake and all that does not fit at all, have to find new or used or w/e for that now. Then i try putting the exhuast together and the damn exhaust mount isnt right at all either! Am i going to have to get a new exhuast as well? What happen to this being a drop in motor with jsut mods to the exhuast manifold bolt hole? WTF

1st you need aftermarket exhaust!
2nd you need a goo set of duel carbs
3rd you need to find the local standup racer/freestyler/guro and ask him to tune your carbs
4th be paid up on insurance the 760 will rip your arms off

The 760 is indeed a drop-in motor for the Superjet. But it should be understood the swap is for the LONGBLOCK. You cannot drop a 760 in and expect your accessories to bolt up.

I just looked through this thread. People told you the exhaust manifold would not fit. (2nd post in this thread!)

You were asking if the carbs needed to be tuned. That seemed to imply the carbs came with the motor. You never mentioned anything about reusing your parts.
Sorry bud...you'll get it figured out though.

ok look at the rest of the posts they say jsut drill out the holes on the manifold and it bolts right up. that every thing is pretty much jsut drop in. If i get a 62t manifold will it bolt up to the rest of the exhuast system?

man this was just suppose to be a eaxy drop in motor for my buddies boat and its jsut keep getting deeper and deeper. im guessin the B pipe would be like 300ish right? and im pretty sure he doenst want to put that much more in to this boat. So im guessin that i am going to have to help him find a exhaust manifold and exahust bracket. Is there anything else that we need to finish this thing?
