While we're talking about things not fitting, your exhaust will not bolt up to that motor either without modification to the cylinder.

We should be guessing you did you not get carbs with the motor?
You will need either:
a 62t single carb intake $160 + carb cost (or can use your 650 carb)
A stock dual 38's setup (about $100 complete)
a stock 760 carb setup-dual 44's ($250 complete)
an aftermarket set of carbs and aftermarket intake ($lots)

As for the pipe, you can either get the timecerts to make the bolt holes smaller, or drill to open up bolt holes on exhaust manifold.

Edit: the seller did not really lie to you, it is a straight drop in to your ski......He could have mentioned the carbs though....

IM pretty sure its the 760 intake for dual carbs. as for wha size i dont know. as for how i have to spend maybe 150ish
Stock 760cc intake for dual 44mm carbs? Aftermarket RIVA, R&D, etc intake? Either way, you won't be getting much 'carbage' for $150.

If you are low on $$, I'd get a stock dual 38mm carb setup for now.
