Who rides with pants?

I've worn my Thor Static pants to ride in. I thought they worked out well when it was too cold for shorts but too warm for a full suit.

That's what I wear & I love them.

i dont like the idea of wearing pants because you cant swim as well in them..thats part of the reason i ride barefoot as well

Never been an issue - have never noticed the difference. Besides, why are you swimming..lol

I know...it was a joke, hence the lol. No matter what, I've never had any problem swimming in the statics.

i got my butt dumped many times in daytona it was my first surf ride and i didnt even notice the pants when i was swimming. they didnt seem to hurt my mobility, but i was barefoot

The pants in the pic are LBZ from back in the day. when they were cool! The only thing that I didnt like was when the pant leg would go over my shoe,so I put a couple of holes in them and zip tied em up tight.

I was wanting to try the slippery ones to see if the cuffs were smaller and wouldnt slip over my shoes. My Switch pants have a velcro strap to make the cuffs small,but not small enough and the velcro comes apart and they slip over.

I didnt read threw this whole tread, but I ride in my fleshgear mx pants all the time when its colder out. I love them! In the summer I actually unzip the pant legs and ride the ski in the shorts. they are built much better than swim wear and they are stiffer so they dont stick to the top of your leg when a wave hits. ya know what im saying?:ugh2: wouldnt go without them imo

I wore pants for a few rides but they sucked to swim in. maybe some less baggy ones would be ok.

for now I just let the meat gazers in my crew get an eye full.

I was thinking about getting some pants because I tear my knees up on the turf and on the rails of the X2. That's why I started wearing shoes. I slit my toe open. I've just been too cheap and lazy to look into it.

I hate wearing pants. Keep the gear to the minimum is my style. Hell i don't even put on pants when i answer the door for pizza.

I wear the slippery switch pants. They are great when I dont want to wear my wetsuit.
