Who does rubber?

I have an Idea for a product. Most of my ideas have already been invented.
I've been wedging a piece of rubber between the b-pipe stinger and the front-left motor mount.
It won't stay there.
If someone could make a mold the shape of the mount area about 1/4" thick it might stay. Like a strange shaped upside-down cup.

It will likely not be a money maker. The idea is free as long as I get one!

Posted in SJ cause I don't know if other ski's have this issue.
I worry cause my flow control valve has only been in a few weeks and has worn a considerable groove in the pipe. Wrapped it in rubber & zip-tied it.

I see your point. It's not actually touching, but man, it's within an 1'8". I know the FP instructions say a 1/4". I can lift the stinger and get my hand in there and it feels smooth.
I've got a minor overhaul coming up. I'll get some clearance the way you said prior.
But I think the rubber piece would work. Rubber hose forward, silicon coupler aft, would spread out any tension created.

And think of the money you could lose just making the mold!!!

just put some turf or foam under the waterbox and raise the whole chamber up.

yup do this. it works great. another thing you can do is to first tighten the coupler between the chamber and the waterbox, then pull up on the chamber while tightening the larger coupler between the chamber and the head pipe.

After doing both of these and shaving the corer of the bed plate, I can put all my fingers between the chamber and the bed plate.
