WTF? The pumpkin ski was still rockin harder than any of those POS you had!:friday::friday:
I really really miss the white power ski...
Dude, you're still alive? What's up, the spring air get you thinking about the water again? :Banane25:
I rocked the white power ski on the river yesterday for 3-4 hours. It was a BLAST. It was the second ride I have had this year. The first was a few weeks ago and much colder then. I had e-box issues also. I swapped my cdi out before riding yesterday, and it seemed to cure the problem! The boat is a lot different from when you had it. It has a totally different motor in it now. It's an LPW ported 701 with a lightened flywheel, ADA girdled head, stock 38's with a Riva spacer, and a B pipe with a new mod chamber now. It also has a skat 12-17 impeller on it now with a bored exit nozzle. It has the WCF footholds and the newer turf that I put on it last year. It also has a full UMI steering system on it with zero degree bars and an SE throttle. The boat rocks pretty much as hard with the LPW motor as it did with the other one. I wish I would have tried the 12-17 skat on your motor before I yanked it out. It had a solas 14.7-18.5 in it which is definitely more of a mid/top end prop...not a freestyle prop. I also cut the stock pole down three inches and like it a lot better!
The reason I pulled out the motor is becase I am building another boat. However, plans ended up changing on the new boat, and it's getting a 5 mil Lamey powervavle stroker in it. So....I've got the complete original white power ski motor just sitting in the garage waiting for a new home!
I snapped you some pics of whitey this morning since you wanted to see what it looked like now.
Here's the new '07 that's getting the Lamey with its freshly painted lowered Waterdawg hood and nosepiece.
