Which turf?

I was riding my 08 sj a couple days ago and noticed the turf seemed very slippery. I never really noticed it before but I about broke my damn leg after slipping in the tray. I looked into hydro-turf and noticed several different cuts. Is there one that it better than the other? Thanks in advance.

its personal preference.....

most people seam to like waffle cut and molded diamond the best,

my next turf will be waffle

i like the bigger diamonds which ever one that is. i had the smaller diamonds on another ski and it was very rough on your knees although it did look good.

seams like it may be...its held up pretty well so far on my brothers square, but then again it got 15hrs tops on it so far

[EVIL]not to rain on the tightwad festival but the grey seems to be less flexible than any other color I have worked with. it tears a lot easier. now you know.[/EVIL]

cut turf is a little gripper, but molded lasts a bit longer and looks better IMO



cut is also a bit rougher (fuzzier if you may), whereas the molded is much smoother and cleaner
