whats best for reinforceing, and glassing ends on hull. and possibly a new nose on 96 sj. the 635 thin epoxy resin, or the 150 thick epoxy resin.

thanks mat, ive been useing 4:1, with 17oz biax. just realized they had a thick resin.

sorry 635 thin 4:1 what ive been useing.
I typically use 3:1 just because it's a little more user friendly and slightly thinner as well. The 4:1 doesn't cure fast enough that I'm going to repair something and get back out on the water the same day but it sets up fast enough that it might gel on me before I'm finished. If you're in a hurry, heat is epoxies best friend. Just my 2 cents...

Yeah I ordered 3:1 this time. 4:1 is ok but In this tx heat hard to use it for big glass projects. Fixing to start reinforceing in engine bay with the 3:1 will b able 2 do big sections without it gelling on me to fast
