Where to cut the tray to re foam.

I know that this question has been address in several othre posts but after searching for 2 hours now I can't seem to find the post that showed where to cut. I have seen the hole cut out up at the front of the tray but my question is how do you access the inserts on the top of the pump that hold the pump in, I have heard these leak and need to be glassed over or covered with 5200. As well as adding reinforcemnet to the side without the entire side being removed? How do you put the try back together? Just glass the piceses you cut out back in? Also would just cunnting the whole tray out front the top of the rail caps down the front and to the back so you are removing the whole tray work? Any insight and PICTURES would be greatly appreciated. I am getting ready to mangle my ski this weekend and was looking for some direction before cutting it to a million pieces. Thanks for any and all help.

On both of those pictures you didn't cut out over the pump, and I am wondering how you galssed or 5200 over the thread inserts for the mounting bolts of the pump. I have heard these leak and need to be re sealed. Once you cut out those sections did you just glass that piece you cut out back in I presume. Thanks.

Not After Fame & Fortune
personally i am not gonna worry about them. after i refoam and all that i am just going to pop some silicone in the hole before i screw them in.

as for reattaching the front plate i have no idea as of yet.

The Good Old Days
I cut the whole thing out in one piece.
Made it easy when the time came to reassemble.

then how did you reasemble it after you cut the piece out? Did you just glass the section you cut out back in, then poured the foam in? If you could let me know that would be great. That was the way I had in mind to do it.
