They are hard to find, but some marine stores will have them. Or you could buy some from IN2H2O. you really won't find them any cheaper than that in the store.

Anyone have a recommendation as to where to find a 4' long galvanized metal beam that these bow stops will bolt to?

At my local home depot they had powder coated poles with the 4 bolt base plates already welded on. Don't remember the price though. They were in the fencing section.
