Reeds are connected to a reed spacer type deal that says ADA on it. What type of reeds/reed cages are these?

Yep, with a reed spacer from ADA.
Edit - wait, I think that is a Kawasaki single card manifold adapter. It's on the wrong side of the reeds to be a spacer.

I do think that the reeds spacer thingy might just be a manifold adapter. Two single manifolds connect to it to create a dual 44 setup. This all bolts to a 62t case

I can confirm they are indeed Boyesen Rad Valves. I have a set and am running them in my ski.

Boyessen Rad valves for sure, these are just the older 2 stage reed petals and uses reed stops.
