thats not the worst luck, theres worse things. thats hardly totaled.
you need to figure out what went wrong though.
send it to watcon and he will bore/hone to match the pistons.

Buy a complete top end kit from wiseco and then bore it one size over.

Luckily, your cases, cyllinder and crank (I assume) are all fine...if those were all toast, then your motor would be totaled.

Bought the ski off eBay, No Idea what went wrong reeds are good no chipping, i have no idea I put all the parts on and ran the ski and i just couldnt tune it right until i did a compression test and with 35 cc domes i was getting 125 and 150 to I took the head off and looked at the cyinder and thats the problem, there is a local guy thats going to port and bore it but how big do i go and will my head/domes still work?

Matt, swap in the ported 701 out of the white square and rock it with that original single 44mm mikuni I sent you, It has less than 15 hrs on a fresh crank and top end and less than 2 hrs with a lightened flywheel. It was a very strong motor that I would have loved to drop a B-pipe onto. Check timing first cause I think it may actually be retarded a degree or two, it should like 3 degrees advance. I got over 9 years out of that setup with no tuning.

The threads stripped on the cylinder or the cases? There was one that was stripped on the cylinder, (center carb side). You could drill and helicoil them yet. That was my plan if any more let go.

Cases just like the one you drilled, the one you drilled is too big for the head, if i do that all the way around i might get too close to the gasket on my aftermarket head
