It was the last day of the year on that lake and he was out there telling people that is closes at sunset. This lake gets closed and is a bird nesting area during winter months.

I will say...
No ticket
No handcuffs
No jail cell
Oh yeah, I did jump his wake! Several times!

He pulled up behind me while leaving the no wake zone and started trying to talk to me (this is when the lights come on). I was not done riding.... so I went and rode some more.

BTW, his boat is not slow and I was pulling away from him. I dont know how fast my ski will go, but it beat his patrol boat. He told me that he was embarassed to admit that he was going full speed.

The marine officer is a friend of mine and Ive been bugging him all summer that my ski will outrun his boat. Yesterday I proved it. He laughed so hard at the video and made me promise to send him a copy.

We have been putting togeather ski footage all summer and will try to make a short film with it all. I kinda thought a police chase would make a great ending scene.

You got to admit... it was funny when you thought I was really running from him!
