What not to do! DA award of the day, week, etc.

I was looking forward to actually finishing a ski so I could ride tomorrow, she ain't purty but she'll do.......got everything back together except I left the electrical box split to make sure everything works.......sure enough it turns but no burn, I knew it was getting fuel so I started troubleshooting, first the coil (which I had put new boots and plug terminals on), still no fire.......next stop the CDI (unfortunately it is not a plug and pray CDI cause one of the wires has a different connector......a 61x vs. 62t CDI). After rigging it up to confirm the CDI was the issue, I was ready to test. Put the lanyard in place, pressed the start button and KABOOM!!!!!!!!!!!. It was so LOUD that my hearing impaired neighbor and his next door neighbor came out to see what the hell was going on.........needless to say my first thought awwww shiot I blew up the waterbox and you know what I was right. It has one HELL of a split in it.....I will post a pic later once I find batteries for my camera..........Once I replace the waterbox, I think I'll have someone else hit the start button........GEEZ......:eek:mfg:

I've got one I was gonna throw away. You pay shipping, and it's yours. It looks like the previous owner put epoxy resin or bondo on the bottom for some reason. I used it for two seasons with no problems before I put a factory pipe box in there.
