SXR What kind of handlebars should I get?

I want to get some aftermarket bars on my SXR. What are your guy's favorites?

If you are keeping the stock steering system and handlepole, then umi or star bars are the only ones that will fit.

Blowsion bars fit on stock steering on a sxr and i like them got them on mine.

I rock the 4 deg blowsion bars. I like em. Then again, I havent tried many others.

x2 on the blowsion 4 deg bars, fit perfect I have a TBM quick turn plate for me its a good set up for freeriding, the straight bars make my wrists hurt

I think the Blowsions are UMI with a different pad. I had the 4 degree and loved them more than straight bars.

i also have gone away from 0 degree or straight bars. i am running protaper riser bars with patented handlebar technology, lol. I don't know why but they feel so much more natural. I no longer remember the sweep and amount of rise but they feel a tad bit wider too. i will always run these kinda bars now.

I ordered the $300 blowsion steering system and 0* blowsion bars from optima racing. Hope I like it. But keep up the discussion guys. Good stuff. I may still order something else just to try it and see what I like better.

When people say straight bar they're usually referring to a straight piece of tube, and the 0 degree ones have the 'v' in the middle like your stock bars.

I think the BEST set up is a Superjet pole cut down at least -2 with a BRUINS steering system. They are bulletproof and do not need maintenance. They make straight and riser 4 degree bars.
