What/How do you use a ratchet Hood Latch?

I know I have seen pictures....

Malone runs it, I think a few board members do also.....

Give me some details on how you set it up if you would..... Pics are great too....
Also I imagine there stainless, so where do you buy them.

Malone runs his that way or at least the one i rode, he justs bolts the ratcheting part where the latch normally goes, and mounts the strap up at the hp bracket

ive have only seen three of malones skis and they all had a 550 strap setup
