What did you tie the braces into? Just a cross bar on the frame?

They are just gen Y braces that are optional for the drop gen y hitch. The stabilizer bars are adjustable with heim joints.

I welded the brackets straight to the frame and they come with pins for easy removal.

I have been told that laughing is a good exercise. Been reading this thread since yesterday afternoon. I stopped last night at about 9 and started again at about 1am. Skipped about the last 8 pages and read the last one. Thank you very much my a side is aching like Mother Falconer. I have had some experience with V and H Mills and turret lathes. Now I am doing stuff that I would really enjoy the machines to make things really Kool.

I switched from jeans at work to the Carhart pants with the tech pocket as well.

Thanks for the tip. The Wrangler long pant leg version of those shorts is too thin material, except for the fleece lined version which are great in the Winter.
I will look into the Carhart which I am sure is beefier than the Wrangler.

I found the same thing with the Wranglers, plus I couldn’t find them anymore. I liked them because they were super light and cool in the higher temps but they only lasted a few months.

The Carharts are much better material but over double the cost. If they last more than 6 months, they will be worth it.

You guys need to try out Duluth. I used to wear Carhart and I'll never go back after trying out Duluth clothing.
