Pinning bullets is cool and all. But time is money for some. You can buy pre made connectors for 1 to 30 pin plugs. Water tight. No crimping bs nothing. You solder it to the wire and shrink tube it. Done. Both my skis stators are done that way and work great. Looks much cleaner than a bunch of bullet terminals also.

Think you misunderstood his question. He is replacing stock connectors inside his ebox.
