Broke my SJ handlebar this weekend. Third ride out.

Looked at the piece of crap, and it looked like pewter. I thought they were aluminum.

What's a stronger handlebar then stock?

Or better yet, what's the strongest handlebar out there?

2024 Alumium if not in salt water is hard to beat , I think WDK has them. Fat bars are the bomb if you have the clamp set up to run them.

if i had to guess id say they are stainless. too thin for aluminum and dont rust like steel.
any bar is stronger than stock, just get whatever style you like the looks of.

I broke a pair of UMI bars on my SXR one time and I only ride my SXR on flat water. On the other hand my UMI bars on my SJ which I only ride surf on have taken an incredible beating. I think no matter what brand you get you will eventually run across a pair that has some flaws in it from the mfg process.
