Went riding today on Lake Allatoona and it was a blast! Kawi550klunker broke his pole in half doing a turn stab within twn minutes, so he rode my sxi all day! Finally got it going good, and all my problems gone! Thank god! Riding with my new #.0 tubbies and lightened flywheel gave me what felt like a whole new ski! We got hooked up with these people in a moomba wakeboarding boat and he kept doing loops for us, and eventually we stopped and got to talking to him! He let me borrow a helmet and i started to attempt rolls!!! The first time i got upside down and let go, second i landed upside down but still with the ski, third time i got 3/4ths of the way around, last try i go to pin it off the wake and the ski bogs and i bail!!! Got to looking and i blew the dam coupler on my pipe. I would have had rolls down today if it wasn't for that! The guys in the ski boat were taking pictures and they said they will email them to me, so as soon as i get them i'll post em!!
Anyone know where i can get a coupler for a PSI pipe? Or couplers in general to find the right size? And what will cause the coupler to blow like that, heat, old, ect...?
