yup, i finally did it. i broke my SXR pole yesterday.:woot: ( i have been riding skis since '86, and this is the first. i haven't kept a ski long enough before. )

i know everyone is running the SJ pole, and to be honest, i don't like them. i am looking at the rick roy pole, but it also has a SJ type steering.

anyone try the AC for teh SXR/750SXi? do they suck?

i know this has been discussed to death, but to be honest, i haven't followed closely.:sneaky:

Xmetal is pretty sweet, I helped put one on a mates SXR

I've been wanting to see a review on the motoine (sp??) for the SXR, you're even a hotproducts dealer, try one out they look pretty good.

I had a ac racing pole on my sxi pro, It was very light with a pole spring, but it looked like crap. I'd go with the AMW, just because the warranty is unbeatable, and Pat is a great guy that not only supports the sport, but competes too.

and are these kawi poles, or adapted SJ poles?

all of the skis i have ridden with the SJ type of pole, ( SXR, and a SXi pro) i did not like the feel of the SJ type of steering mount. ( funny though, i don't mind it on the SJ).

I put the Dales "Bad Attitude" Pole on and really like it - I cracked the bottom plastic cover and Dale sent me a new one - no questions asked!
