webcam time-lapse videos from Daytona 2007

Just something to pump everyone up on going.

These time-lapse videos made from snapshots from the webcam I ran this year, rasper collected them and assembled the videos for us.

I probably won't be there in January, but may try to get with keefer and see if we can run the camera again. I may also get a better lens for it if we're going to do it.

man, that sucks..

I was hoping to shred some waves with ya like last year........that 15 minutes or however long it was was the most fun riding I had all weekend!

I'd love to go, but noone to drive/ride down with at this point, nowhere to stay, etc etc. It's a long boring 14 hour drive by myself....

Ok, so I'm going, and taking BOTH of my webcams, with new auto-iris zoom lenses so we should have much better images this time around. I'm thinking one zoomed in on the water and one for the general area behind the Makai.

Well, turns out the auto-iris lenses won't work with these cameras, so I'm ordering new ones today.

I just replied to a PM from Superjett about capturing the webcam pix like last year. The stuff to capture the pictures from the webcam is set up.

I would much rather see it in person. I plan to be in a position to do it next year.
