WDK pole bracket ?

I just got in my WDK bracket and was wanting to know does this new design work with a pole spring? Here is a pic of the one I got & then the one from there site that has a specific cutout to hold the spring.

You have to cut your spring down to get it to fit. Cut the end that hits the bracket.

looks like the one you have is for a rev
i have the one in pic #2
i drilled a hole on the bracket for the spring to sit into

The one I have is the one that he sent with my lowered hood. I know it will work with the rev. It works fine on my standard hull....I just cut the spring some.

YZ, have you had any problems with the spring moving to the right at all? while putting this together it looks like it could move easy. I was thinking about making a cut-out in the bracket like the old style to hold it in place.

Luke, Mark it where you want the slot and let me take it to work, I can put it on the mill.
