I sent an email to Chris Winterman, the contact person listed on Huguenot's web site. He's the HNIC. I told him we do 'aerial maneuvers', but wear helmets, observe the No Wake Zone, yadda yadda. I had to find out for myself what the deal was.

And here's the reply I got:
Andy, There are no changes taking place due to the accident. Everyone
at the park did their job to prevent the accident, even had a lifeguard
ride out and speak with them 2 hours prior to the incident due to their
carelessness and they were ejected from the park the previous day for
not observing the no wake. You are welcome to come to the park and
trick ride, however, I would stop by one of the lifeguard towers and let
them know your intentions or you may get some unwanted attention. The
station closest to where you will be riding would be your best bet. The
guards and the Sheriffs Officers are of course a little cautious
regarding jetskis for the time being.
