Wave blaster chamber in a SN SJ

Im trying to put a blaster chamber in my square nose, but it seems too big to fit, I know I have to dent the chamber a bit, but the flange on the headpipe is actually touching the side of the ski?**** Post up some pics of the superjet with a blaster chamber**** I have searched already and the pics I found are really vague

the mod chamber or the limted chamber ? i have the mod in mine just banged the chamber with a hammer to clear gas tank everything else fits good

Awww... dont dent the damn pipe. Melt the tank. Tanks are still in production, chambers are not. Besides the stinger angle is actually somewhat critical in these pipes.


I had one in my square nose. the only place that is mandatory to dent is the outside of the "elbow" on the weld seam. This touches the engine bay wall. Do this with a large faced rubber mallet, it should only take denting in 1/4"- 1/2" dont over do it.

I havent put the tank in yet, but Im just gonna melt the tank for that, and its a blaster mod chamber. Where its not fitting is where the chamber and headpipe join together, I think I may have got a kawasaki head pipe, Im gonna try a SJ limited chamber in it tomorrow and see if it fits.

i have about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch clearnace at that spot its a yamaha head pipe

my flange on the headpipe touches the hull, Im thinkin I have a kawi head pipe, I just bought this pipe too. I will have to pull the head pipe out of my buddies RN and try it tomorrow. Ill be pissed if this is a kawasaki head pipe!!!

Can you post up some pics of your engine bay? I just wanna see how the chamber lays in there.
