Sick set up. Very robust design and very fine machining. Quick shipping too which about gave me a heart attack. My rrp systems clamp cracked. Looked like it was made of a cast material. Hopefully this will last the life of the ski. Very nice thick bearing. Easy install on rrp cast pole.

we have them on both our freaks for close to 3 years now, no issues at all. only issue was that the arm that bolts on to the center hub and connects to the steering cable loosened up,luckily i caught it in time and re-tightened after applying red loctite to the 2 counter sunk screws. i had heard from someone else that this may become an issue. i think mainly the problem arises if the steering stop is not setup correctly and the steering cable bottoms at the end of its travel rather than stopping on the center hub steering stop.
or what i think in my case was hitting the bottom with the steering nozzle when riding in shallow surf. since the loctite and re torque we havent had them loosen again.
i heard of people welding the arm to the center hub. but i think that is after it loosened and damaged the threads/arm beyond the point of it being able to be bolted securely/correctly back on.

I use the azonic ultracross bars but I would love to try a straight bar if anyone knows where to get one strong enough to take some huge flails and flops.
